Cancellation Policy
Please cancel/ reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations after the 48 hour window will receive a 50% service charge. No-shows will be charged 50%
Charges will be processed to the card placed on file. If these charges do not process, you will be unable to book until another form of payment is provided.
If you are over 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment without notifying the business, your appointment may be cancelled and you must request a new booking.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms & conditions. Should these actions become a regular pattern, The Hideaway Nail Room reserves the right to refuse future services.
